"The Floor", 2003 I had heard that David Lasky was working on a project that had something to do with minimalist comics. I tried to think of a bare-bones subject and the first thing that came to my mind was an image of the floor of my old family home. I ended up not writing a minimalist comic, but just a story about the floor. And, no, it probably doesn't really qualify as a fable... as some wise-ass at the Roasterie was quick to point out to me. Oh well. That's what I get for hanging around coffee shops full of intellectuals, weirdos, and intellectual weirdos. |
